Ospreys scrum-half Rhodri Wells has agreed a move to Cornish Pirates for next season. The 22-year-old has represented Wales at Under-21, Under-19, Under-16 and Schools level.
The Pirates have also agreed a new contract for Wales rugby league international Wes Davies.
But they are poised to lose England Under-21 wing Matt Jess and Cornish back-row man Joe Bearman, 27, to the Newport Gwent Dragons.
Former Pontypridd lock Will James has already agreed to leave the Cornish club for Gloucester next season.
