Penzance & Newlyn have signed centres James Storey from Munster and Shaun James from the Cardiff Blues. Twenty-five-year-old James is a former Pontypridd, Celtic Warriors and Wales Under-21 player.
Storey, 27, played for Neath, the Ospreys and Wales A before moving to Ireland last summer.
Meanwhile, Scarlets number eight Andy Powell, who has a year left on his Llanelli contract, is in talks with London Irish and the Dragons.
