Davies is out in the cold after the Warriors' demise |
Mefin Davies is on Wales' summer tour of Argentina and South Africa as first choice hooker, but could walk away from the game on his return. He and Kevin Morgan are the big names left without club contracts after the demise of the Celtic Warriors.
"If there are no options in rugby it's out of my control," said Davies, 31.
"I will look at my options after the tour, whether to go back to work or explore other avenues. As it stands there's no rugby future for me."
Davies said he was disappointed with the way that the Warriors' break-up was handled.

"If we had known a month earlier everything would have been ok," Davies told BBC Sport Wales. "None of the Welsh regions are looking for a hooker now, and sides overseas and in England are full.
"I'll be better off looking for a club in a year's time than now.
"With the experience I've got I'm a much better player now than ever.
"It's going to be a case of waiting and watching. Going back to work and training for rugby in the evening is a possibility."
Despite his disappointment on the domestic front, Davies is relishing the prospect of continuing with Wales in the summer.
"It's nice to get away from things," he said. "I'm happy to be with the Welsh squad and it's important I do well on it.
"There's no better situation than to play for Wales. I've never been to Argentina and I'm looking forward to the culture and seeing what it's all about.
"There will be a huge forward challenge - it's a big man's game and people will have to front up."
