Caerphilly claimed their first-ever league win over Swansea as they ran in five tries at St Helen's.
The Cheesemen carved out some club history by ending a sequence of nine successive defeats against the All Whites.
Ryan Howells and Joe El Abd each scored two tries and Sione Tuipulotu also crossed, with Luke Richards supplying 17 points.
The victory moved Caerphilly off the bottom of the Welsh Premiership table above Ebbw Vale.
Swansea were under-strength and overpowered by opponents who got stronger as the game wore on.
The All Whites led 17-0 early on before losing their way as their youngsters started running up blind alleys.
Paul Mackey and Gareth Wright scored the home tries in the first quarter only for Caerphilly to respond with a scoring surge, triggered by wing Howells.
His touchdown was followed by tries from Tuipulotu and El Abd to give the visitors a 22-17 interval lead.
Tim Evans and Matthew Brayley crossed for Swansea early in the second half, but Caerphilly stepped up the pace with El-Abd and Howells finishing impressive moves.
