Scotland Women opened up their World Cup campaign with a convincing win over Spain.

Iona Frickleton sent the Scots on their way with a 21st-minute try, and Lucy Millard put them 10-0 ahead with a second touchdown three minutes later.

Paula Chalmers added the conversion to give Scotland a 12-0 half-time lead.

Rhona Shepherd went over for another score straight after the restart, and Chalmers converted before adding a fourth try at the death.
