Ex-Wallaby prop Adrian Skeggs has joined the Namibian coaching staff for the remainder of the tournament. The African side were overwhelmed 67-14 in their opening game of the tournament against Argentina.
And on Friday the team management announced Skeggs had been brought in to organise the front row in time to meet Ireland on Sunday.
Skeggs represented Australia during their 1993 Tests against Canada and France under the tutelage of Bob Dwyer.
He also played 134 games for Sydney side Warringah and picked up 19 caps for New South Wales, 41 for Queensland and 21 for South African side Natal.
Since retiring as a player, he has been involved in a number of coaching and managerial, including the coaching job at English Division One side Worcester.
