The 30-year-old Drahm, who is out of contract the end of the season, was reported to have signed for Japanese side Kubota.

But Ruddock said: "Like a lot of players coming out of contract Shane is keeping his options open at the moment.

"We are still in talks with him about the future."

Drahm joined Worcester in the summer of 2005 from Northampton.

He has also played for Bristol as well as Queensland Reds in Australia.
