Youngsters Carlisle and Pennell extend Warriors' contracts

Full-back Chris Pennell has signed a deal that will keep him at Sixways until 2010 while fly-half Joe Carlisle will stay until 2011.

"They are two excellent prospects that suit the game we are trying to develop here," director of rugby Mike Ruddock told BBC Hereford & Worcester.

"Chris has made fantastic progress with his all-round game and Joe Carlisle is a fine young play-maker."
