Worcester coach Mike Ruddock wants perspective on the issue of overseas players after signing Rico Gear. "(New Zealand coach) Graham Henry and (assistant) Steve Hansen enjoyed their time coaching in Wales, sampling a different rugby culture," said Ruddock.
"I'm sure that they wouldn't want to take a similar opportunity away from players who are perhaps nearing the end of their international careers."
Henry calls the exodus of All Blacks a "huge problem" in the global game.
