Larder is a former England and Lions coach |
Former England defensive coach Phil Larder is joining Premiership side Worcester for the next seven games, reports BBC Hereford and Worcester. Larder was part of the England coaching set up until earlier this year, before being axed along with Joe Lydon and Dave Alred.
"We've been speaking for the past few weeks and he's going to work with us," said director of rugby John Brain.
"We must make sure our back line attack and team attack is more cohesive."
Larder's experience with Leicester, England and the British and Irish Lions could prove vital in the build-up to Friday's trip to fellow Premiership strugglers Harlequins.
