Worcester boss John Brain believes Gavin Quinnell could win full Welsh honours - if he gets himself in shape. "Gavin has a lot of potential," said Brain after Quinnell's two-try full debut in the 24-12 win at Northampton.
"If you're his size with his skills, you have to be in with a shout of representative rugby - provided he gets fit and can do it over 60-80 minutes.
"The main problem in his career so far is nobody has bothered to condition him. He has to develop a work ethic."
