Skipper Rory Best felt Ulster produced a much better display even though they lost 16-8 at home to the Ospreys in the Heineken Cup on Friday night. "We knew we had to play with more heart and I think in many ways we managed that," said Best. "There are a lot of disappointed boys in that dressing room but you cannot fault the effort. We were just missing a bit of precision at times. "It has not been a great season for us but we are trying our best."
