Saracens' hopes of Amlin Challenge Cup qualification remain alive after Glen Jackson landed six penalties to beat Castres at Vicarage Road. Fly-half Jackson broke the deadlock in the 20th minute but wing Paul Bonnefond pulled Castres into the game with a try which Thomas Bouquie converted. Jackson gave Saracens the edge with three more penalties before half-time. Castres replied through Yohan Audrin's converted try, but Jackson sealed it with a penalty at the death. Sarries' victory takes them level on points at the head of the pool with Jonny Wilkinson's Toulon, who have a game in hand after their match in Rovigo fell victim to the weather.
