Alex Goode and Andy Saull have signed new three-year deals with Saracens.

Fly-half Goode and flanker Saull, both 21, were promoted to the first team squad from the academy last season.

Director of rugby Brendan Venter said: "They are two exceptionally talented players, who arrived in our academy as exciting prospects.

"They have developed into respected Premiership players. There is no doubt in my mind that both have the potential to play for England."

Venter added: "We are working hard to build something special at this club, on and off the field.

"These long term contracts, and others to be announced in the coming days and weeks, are fantastic for the club - they are like giant stakes in the ground, underpinning our future."
