Gloucester (11) 16 Tries Sharples 2 Pens: Robinson 2 Ospreys (8) 22 TriesWalker, Biggar 2 Cons: Biggar Pens: Biggar 2 Wales hopeful Dan Biggar scored two late tries to earn the Ospreys 22-16 pre-season victory at English Premiership giants Gloucester. The impressive Nikki Walker touched down for the visitors before Gloucester wing Charlie Sharples scored a brace. Ospreys pair Filo Tiatia and Walker were sinbinned but when Walker returned his burst set up Biggar for his try which the young fly-half converted. Biggar's late winner was controversial as the scoring pass looked forward.
Ospreys head coach Sean Holley: "There was much to admire out there today from both teams, I thought. It was a good pre-season match. "Both teams used about 28 players - you are going to get an ebb and flow, aren't you? "So the outcomes for both teams will be what they will be, but for us the boys have had a good blast, a good hit-out, some good physical opposition and I think in the end a win is just the cherry on the top."
