Ospreys wing Kristian Phillips is led off with a dislocated shoulder on Friday |
Wales Under 20 and Ospreys wing Kristian Phillips is out for the season with a dislocated shoulder. Phillips suffered the injury during the Ospreys' defeat by Leinster at Liberty Stadium on Friday. He will undergo surgery to repair the damage, having also suffered a shoulder injury in September. The wing was joined on the Ospreys' injury list by centre David Bishop who spent the night in hospital with a badly cut ear. Phillips could be out of action for up to six months, forcing him to miss the remainder of the Wales U20 Six Nations campaign and age-group world cup that follows in Japan. The Ospreys are unsure when Bishop will return.
