Phillips scored a try before being forced off injured |
The Ospreys hope teenage wing Kristian Phillips recovers quickly from a shoulder injury picked up in Saturday's Help For Heroes charity game. Phillips, 18, scored a try as the Scott Gibbs-led International Select XV lost 29-10, but was later led off nursing a shoulder injury. "Kristian suffered an impact injury," an Ospreys spokesman said. "But our physiotherapist believes it's not too serious and it will be assessed during the week." Phillips and Gibbs were joined by fellow Welshmen Rhys Priestland (Scarlets), Darren Morris (Worcester), Gareth Llewellyn, Dafydd Jones (Scarlets), Colin Charvis (Newport Gwent Dragons) and Dafydd Hewitt (Cardiff Blues).
