Young Ospreys trio Gareth Owen, Rhys Webb and Keigh Bevan have all committed their futures to the region by signing long-term contracts. Wales Under-20 stars Owen and Webb, both 19, have four-year deals, while Bevan, 21, has a three-year contract. "They have all done extremely well over the last 12 months," said managing director Mike Cuddy. "The contracts are a reward for their hard work and effort, and show the faith that we have in their abilities." Meanwhile, centre Jonathan Spratt has signed up for a season in New Zealand and will play for Taranaki in the Air New Zealand Cup. The 22-year-old made nine appearances for the Ospreys last season as understudy to Gavin Henson and Andrew Bishop.
