Ospreys coach Lyn Jones has told his players to "grow up" after a second-half collapse in Ulster saw them lose 43-7 in the Magners League. "We've got to learn to contend when we come away," Jones said.
"Ulster put pressure on us and we cracked - we cracked in Connacht and we cracked again at Ravenhill, we had 40 points put on us and we deserved it.
"We've got to grow up somewhat and start gelling as a team, we're just not functioning at the moment."
Despite looking the strongest of the four Welsh regions on paper, Ospreys have struggled to produce a whole worthy of its expensive parts.
Ospreys started with 12 full internationals, including former New Zealand scrum-half Justin Marshall, and trailed just 19-7 at half-time in Ulster.
But it all went horribly wrong in the second half as Ulster ran riot in front of a 10,000-strong crowd.
"Ulster had a better attitude than us, they wanted the game and had a big desire for it," Jones added.
"They had a simple game plan, nothing fantastic, but what they did they did effectively.
"We showed an immaturity in a pressure situation and we've got to learn very quickly."
Ospreys have until Friday night to recoup when they face Gloucester in the first round of the EDF Energy Anglo-Welsh Cup under the glare of the BBC cameras.
