Argentina players celebrate their win over England at Twickenham |
Northampton have arranged a friendly with England's conquerors Argentina as part of the Pumas' World Cup build-up. The match on 7 February next year will be just the second between Northampton and an international team after the Saints played New Zealand in 1905.
"We are hugely excited at the prospect of playing an international side of the calibre that was evident on Saturday," said Saints head coach Paul Grayson.
"It will give us an important run-out in what is a three-week break."
