The Exiles' old ground Sunbury will host the first pre-season game
London Irish will face London Welsh, Newport Gwent Dragons and Edinburgh as preparation for the new season.
The Exiles also announced that CityJet will remain the club's principal sponsor and that the pre-season has been designed with them in mind.
Irish chief executive Andy Martin told BBC Berkshire: "We're going to destinations they've chosen to help promote their business.
"We agreed the cities then we looked at the teams that fit the the programme."
He continued: "Everyone's bought into it. Commercially these things are important - we're playing ball with our sponsors and they've been great with our players."
Irish will play London Welsh at Sunbury on Friday 13 August, before a London Irish Select XV visit De La Salle Palmerston FC at Kirwan Park, Dublin on Wednesday 18 August.
The first team take on Newport Gwent Dragons at Rodney Parade on Saturday 21 August before their tour finale on Friday 27 August against Edinburgh at Murrayfield.
