Hooker James Buckland has signed a two-year extension to his contract at London Irish. The 29-year-old's new deal will see him stay with the club until the end of the 2011-12 season. Buckland, who had spells with Wasps and Leicester, has made 33 Premiership and European appearances for the Exiles since joining them in July 2008. He said: "We've made real progress as a squad. There's more to come and I'm looking forward to being part of it."
