Corbisiero has scored three tries this season in 14 appearances
London Irish's Alex Corbisiero has signed a two-year contract to keep him at the Exiles until 2011.
The 20-year-old, who was born in New York, made his senior debut against Wasps in September and has featured regularly ever since.
Corbisiero has scored three tries in 14 appearances and earned a call-up into the England Saxons squad.
"This is the best place for my development as a player under the guidance of Toby Booth," he said.
"We have such a talented squad with a lot of world class players in it and have a real chance of winning some silverware over the next few seasons.
"I hope to follow the current batch of England players who have come through the Academy and achieve full international honours."
London Irish head coach Toby Booth added: "Alex is widely regarded as one of the best up and coming English players.
"He is a joy to work with and we look forward to developing him to his full potential to reach the dizzy heights of our other home-grown players that are already playing for England."
