Hooker Rob Hawkins charged over for a try six minutes from time to hand Bath a pre-season win at Llanelli Scarlets. The Welsh hosts had led 14-7 at the break with tries from wing Darren Daniel and centre Regan King, fly-half Ceiron Thomas converting both.
Bath's first-half score had come from speedster Matt Banahan, Shaun Berne nudging over the conversion.
Thomas added a penalty after half-time, but Bath hit back when Mike Myerscough went over before Hawkins sealed things.
The match was played in honour of Llanelli legend Ray Gravell, who led the home side out after battling back bravely since losing a leg due to a diabetes-related illness.
The Scarlets begin their Magners League season next Saturday with a home tie at Stradey Park against Newport Gwenbt Dragons.
Bath continue their pre-season on Friday when Edinburgh come to the Rec, with Leinster arriving the following week before the Guinness Premiership starts on 15 September when Worcester Warriors arrive.
