Hipkiss says Leicester have time to prepare for the EDF Energy Cup final against Ospreys |
Leicester Tigers centre Dan Hipkiss has been reflecting on his side's inconsistent form following their defeat to London Wasps. Hipkiss told BBC Radio Leicester: "It's tough to put your finger on it." With no game this week the team has been discussing what they want to achieve during the rest of the season. Hipkiss said: "We've got a chance to refresh ourselves and get the bits of our game that weren't right ready for next week." The Tigers have a number of injury concerns with Lewis Moody sidelined until the summer and Seru Rabeni will miss the rest of the season through suspension. "We can work on our physical state before the EDF Energy Cup Final. "We've had an unsettled side and it's difficult when you take a player out but if Seru isn't there we'll have to deal with it." The good news ahead of the trip to Twickenham on 12 April is that Ben Kay and Ben Herring should be fit to play in the final if selected.
