Moody forced his way into England's World Cup side |
England flanker Lewis Moody has agreed a new two-year contract with Premiership champions Leicester. The 29-year-old made his Tigers debut more than 11 years ago, and has helped the club win five league titles and two Heineken Cups.
The 2003 World Cup-winner won his 50th cap during England's quarter-final win over Australia in October.
"We are delighted that he has agreed a new contract," said Leicester forwards coach Richard Cockerill.
"Lewis is a world-class player and he has been playing consistently well for us."
