Kayser joins Leicester from Paris side Stade Francais

The 22-year-old played in Stade Francais's 21-20 Heineken Cup quarter-final defeat by the Tigers at Welford Road this season.

"We believe he is the best young hooker in France," said Tigers forwards coach Richard Cockerill.

Meanwhile, Andy Tuilagi, 21-year-old brother of Alesana and Henry, has left the Tigers and signed a two-year deal with Leeds, where he has been on loan.
