Fury made his Wales debut on the 2008 tour of South Africa
Leeds have signed ex-Wasps scrum-half Warren Fury on a two-year deal.
The 24-year-old, who has been capped twice by Wales, becomes Carnegie's 11th signing of the summer.
Fury told BBC Radio Leeds: "Throughout the whole season I was watching them and you could see that they [Leeds] were working together as a team.
"I like how everyone works together - there's a real team vibe and hopefully I can improve as a player here now with their help."
He continued: "I played against them twice last season and it showed what a great set-up it was.
"I'm just glad to be part of it and hopefully I can add something to the team."
Fury made 17 appearances for Wasps in two spells at the club either side of a season at London Irish but left the club this summer.
"I had another year left on my contract [at Wasps]," Fury said.
"I have fond memories at Wasps, but for my personal development I thought it was time to move on."
Director of rugby Andy Key said: "Warren is an experienced player in the Premiership and also already played in the international arena.
"He brings a consistent approach to his game which will suit our style of play and he will put pressure on Scott Mathie for the number nine shirt next season.
"We were approached by a number of agents representing scrum-halves however we felt that Warren best fitted in our game plan and we are delighted that he has agreed to join Leeds Carnegie."
