Harlequins have signed Ulster flanker Neil McMillan for next season. The 26-year-old flanker moves to the Twickenham Stoop after seven years with Ulster and will begin training with his new team-mates in the summer. The Ireland A international said: "Although I have had a great time at the club, I feel that it is the right time to take the next step. "Harlequins is a young and dynamic team, and I am looking forward to being a part of it next season." Harlequins director of rugby Dean Richards added: "Neil is a genuine number seven. He is a great tackler, with a huge work rate." Northern Ireland-born McMillan started his career with the Leicester Tigers Under-21s side, where he played for just over a season before joining Ulster.
