Gloucester fly-half Ryan Lamb was spared an appearance in court on Monday after being given a caution for alleged public disorder. The 21-year-old was arrested along with two other men in Gloucester city centre at the beginning of December.
But the Crown Prosecution Service has dropped the case against Lamb because he has no previous convictions.
Lamb has since apologised for his behaviour and earned the praise of coach Dean Ryan for his performances.
