Departing fly-half Dan Parks hails Glasgow supporters
Dan Parks said the Glasgow Warriors supporters had been superb
Cardiff Blues-bound fly-half Dan Parks hailed Glasgow Warriors' supporters after his final home game for the club.
Parks added three penalties to three conversions in Friday's 30-6 Magners League win over Leinster at Firhill.
"It was very emotional at the end," Parks told BBC Scotland. "To wave off such loyal fans who've always stuck by me in the past seven years.
"This has been a great year for me and, to sign off with a win; to thank all my fans, it was a nice moment."
Australian-born Parks, 31, has been with Warriors since 2003 and last December became the first player in Magners League history to surpass 1,000 points.
He has finished as the Warriors' leading scorer in each of the past six seasons and made his Scotland debut in Cardiff in 2004.
