McMillan will become a Warrior for the second time |
London Wasps scrum-half Mark McMillan will rejoin Glasgow Warriors this summer after clinching a two-year deal with Sean Lineen's side. The 24-year-old Scot spent a season with Glasgow before joining Leeds Tykes in 2004. During his time with Wasps, McMillan won the Heineken Cup in 2007. He said: "I'm really looking forward to joining up with Glasgow again. The Warriors have a very hungry and ambitious squad and I'm no different." McMillan is a former Scotland Under-21 captain and is hoping his return to Warriors will bolster his chances of winning caps in the senior team. He added: "By returning to Scotland, I'm not only looking to enhance my own international ambitions, but I thoroughly believe that Glasgow have a squad of boys that will continue to push at the top end of the Magners League and in Europe." | Mark has always been professional. He epitomises the Scottish spirit. "Mark has always been professional in his approach and he'll be a fantastic addition to our team. I see him as a real leader."
