Hefin O'Hare scored three tries for Glasgow |
Glasgow got their European campaign back on track with a thumping victory over Italians GRAN Parma at Hughenden. Former rugby league winger Hefin O'Hare scored a hat-tick of tries in the first half, with centre Andrew Henderson also crossing the line.
Jason Tiatia replied for Parma, but Graeme Morrison and Rory Lamont added tries for the home side.
Sam Pinder (2), Steve Swindall and Kevin Tkachuk completed the rout, with Dan Parks kicking the other points.
It gave Glasgow their biggest victory in European competition.
And it was their first of this season's European Challenge Cup campaign after last weekend's 28-23 defeat away to Saracens.
