Michael Swift joined Connacht from Richmond in 2000 |
Long-serving forwards Ray Ofisa, Adrian Flavin and Michael Swift have extended their contracts with Connacht. Thirty-year-old flanker Ofisa will stay at the Galway club until at least 2012 while hooker Flavin has signed a deal keeping him with Connacht until 2013. Lock Swift, Connacht's most-capped player having joined in 2000, has signed a one-year extension, so he will be staying until 2012. Connacht are at home to Scarlets in the Magners League on Saturday (1935 GMT). "Swifty, Flav and Ray have been great servants to Connacht and we are delighted they have shown their loyalty to the province by extending their contracts," said coach Eric Elwood.
