Rush and Blair have been key figures for the Blues |
Cardiff Blues captain Xavier Rush and full-back Ben Blair have agreed new three-year contracts with the region. The pair are the latest to pledge their futures to the Blues after Gethin Jenkins and Robin Sowden Taylor signed deals last week
Blues coach Dai Young said: "I think both players have made big impacts since they've arrived.
"They've been important players on and make a big contribution to helping us move forward."

He added: "They make a big contribution to helping us move forward, and it's pleasing to retain two quality players."
Number eight Rush joined the Blues from the Auckland Blues in 2005 and was made captain 12 months later and has made 59 appearances, scoring 55 points.
Blair arrived from fellow New Zealand side Canterbury in 2006 and reached the 100-point mark with his kicking in just nine Magners League games.
Since then he has reached 337 points in 41 games.
