Tito could move next summer |
Cardiff Blues are considering a move for Wellington Hurricanes, Taranaki and Maori second row Paul Tito. The Taumarunui man, 28, is out of contract at the end of the Super 14 and could move to Wales in the summer.
"Paul is one player we are talking to and looking at," Blues coach Dai Young told the Wales on Sunday newspaper.
"We are going to lose a lot of players to the World Cup and we have to make sure we strengthen our squad with quality, not just numbers."
Tito would be seen as valuable cover for Wales lock Robert Sidoli and as a man who could improve the first-choice XV.
