He told BBC Radio Bristol: "Over the past three or four years we have concentrated on set-pieces and defence and not so much on attack.

"You'll find that, over the next few months, we'll begin to work on our attaking game."

"We've done a lot of work on it but have not introduced it to matches yet, it'll be a little mini new era."

Hill added: "I'm quite excited about it and the aim will be to score more tries."
