Coach Richard Hill believes the next few weeks will define Bristol's season.

Bristol follow up their victory over Saracens with key Heineken Cup ties with Stade Francais and Cardiff, and a Premiership clash against Worcester.

Hill told BBC Radio Bristol: "We said at the start of this period that it would be crucial and define our season.

"Sunday was the first of four huge games. We passed that test and now we are looking forward to going to Paris to face Stade."

Hill believes Bristol can go a long way to booking themselves a Heineken Cup place for next season with some good results.

"We know that if we pick up two league wins, this one and Worcester, that would stand us in good stead to move towards the top six and qualify for the Heineken Cup next year," he added.

"And the two Heineken Cup games against Stade and Cardiff will determine where we will be in the Heineken Cup."
