Danny Grewcock expects to finish his career at Bath after extending his deal at the Recreation Ground until 2010. The 35-year-old lock signed from Saracens in 2001 and has played in 174 games for Bath in all competitions. "I'm still very enthusiastic to play and I feel good because the physios have kept me in good shape," Grewcock told BBC Radio Bristol. "You see the squad we've got - it's a team a lot of players want to be involved with." 'Tougher year' Grewcock's contract extension is a boost for Bath who have lost influential captain Steve Borthwick from the second row. The club have tried to offset that with the signings of Stuart Hooper and Justin Harrison. "Both guys have played a lot of rugby and have a huge amount of experience. "I think we have a very strong-looking second row," said Grewcock. And after winning the European Challenge Cup last season, the veteran forward is confident Bath will compete well in the Heineken Cup. "We've got a very good group and we're all looking forward to it. "We won one trophy last year but we'd liked to have gone further in the Premiership. It's going to be a tougher year."
