Bath lock Danny Grewcock hopes his team-mates can use their European Challenge Cup success as a springboard to success in the international arena.
"Steve Borthwick, Matt Stevens, Lee Mears, Michael Lipman - these guys pulled out performances again," the 35-year-old told BBC Radio Bristol.
"They've been very consistent for us, and hopefully it'll see them cement their position in the England team."
Grewcock himself scored a try in the 36-14 demolition of Sale on Saturday.
But the veteran second-row forward laughed off speculation that Martin Johnson could be considering him for England's tour of New Zealand.
"I'll worry about that if it ever happens," he said. "I'll wait and see on that one."
Centre Olly Barkley could also force his way back into the England squad when the party to tour New Zealand is revealed on 13 May, having missed the Six Nations pending the outcome of an assault charge, dropped last week, hanging over him.
Before then Bath will aim to secure a place in the Premiership play-offs, with a home game against Saracens on Saturday followed by a visit to league leaders Gloucester on the last day of the regular season, 10 May.
Kingsholm will also be the venue when Bath take on Worcester in the European Challenge Cup Final on Sunday 25 May.
