Eddie O'Sullivan will coach the Baa-Baas in December

The Irish head coach will take charge of a star-studded Baa-Baas squad who will face an expected full-strength Boks outfit.

Munster-born O'Sullivan has guided Ireland to three Triple Crowns in the last four seasons.

O'Sullivan is front-runner to be in charge of the British and Irish Lions 2009 tour to South Africa.

The Twickenham game will be the only international in England next autumn.

The two sides have met five times before with South Africa winning three times, the last back in 2000 when the tourists won 41-31.
