Leinster moved four points clear at the top of the Celtic League with a bonus point victory against the Ospreys. The Irish province led 20-6 at the break and consolidated their advantage.
Leinster try scorers were Guy Easterby (2), Felipe Contepomi, Jamie Heaslip and Niall Ronan with Contepomi adding three penalties and two conversions.
Jonathan Vaughton and Gavin Henson scored tries for the Welsh side and Henson also contributed three penalties and a conversion to his side's tally.
Henson kicked the visitors into an early 6-3 lead in reply to Contepomi's penalty but any hopes the Ospreys had of a fifth straight win against these opponents soon faded.
Easterby and Contepomi grabbed first half touchdowns as Leinster put their Heineken Cup semi-final mauling by Munster behind them.
Easterby added his second try after half-time, Vaughton replied for the Ospreys, but Heaslip and Ronan then crossed the line to secure the bonus point.
Henson's try in injury-time proved little consolation for the Welsh outfit.
