Irish qualified New Zealander Mike Maguire has signed a deal to play for Ulster next season. The 24 year old, who can play at centre or on the wing, arrives from Worcester, with whom he signed a six-month contract in December.
Previously, Maguire played all his rugby in New Zealand, most recently as part of Otago's NPC squad.
Stephen Ferris has agreed a two year deal, moving from a development contract to a full senior contract.
Ferris made his Ulster debut last October against the Borders, and is still just 20 years old.
He is eligible to play for the Ireland U21 side in this summer's Rugby World Cup.
