Ulster second row Matt McCullough has become the latest in a crop of young stars to sign a long-term contract with the province. The 23-year-old has agreed a new four-year deal with Mark McCall's side.
McCullough joins Neil McMillan, Paddy Wallace, Neil Best, Simon Best and Roger Wilson in signing four-year contract extensions.
In recent weeks, Paul Shields and Bryn Cunningham have also agreed three-year deals with the province.
McCullough said that he was delighted with the contract.
''It was great to be considered for a four-year contract,'' he siad.
''It gives me security and also means I can focus on my rugby career with Ulster.
''Given the number of other young local players who have signed, the important point is we have all grown up together and know each other really well.''
