Wales have been overtaken in the latest World rankings by Argentina following their two Test defeats to the Pumas. The International Rugby Board rankings saw Wales fall to ninth place last week, their lowest placing since the 2003 World Cup.
Of the Six Nations sides, only Italy are ranked below Wales in 12th, with Samoa and Fiji snapping at Welsh heels.
France are the top-ranked European side, leap-frogging South Africa into second after beating the Springboks.
New Zealand remain top, with Australia in third followed by Ireland, England and Scotland.
