Ireland A enjoyed a well-earned victory at Kingsholm on St Patrick's night. The Irish led 18-11 at half-time with tries by Ian Dowling and Jeremy Staunton, with Staunton adding two penalties and a conversion.
Kieran Lewis and Rob Kearney added second-half touchdowns and Staunton a further penalty and conversion.
England's tries were scored by Paul Sackey and Michael Lipman, with fly-half Shane Drahm contributing two penalties and a conversion.
