Sailor has vowed to return to rugby after his ban is finished |
Wendell Sailor has decided not to lodge an appeal with the Australian Rugby Union over the two-year ban he was given for testing positive for cocaine. The former rugby league international failed a drugs test in April.
The union has revealed that Sailor's lawyer has informed them he will not be appealing against either the guilty verdict or the length of his penalty.
Sailor could still appeal to the Swiss-based Court of Arbitration for Sport and has until 25 August to do so.
