Wales centre Gavin Henson says he is desperate to play a part for club and country in a season that has been ruined so far by injury and suspension.
Henson will miss Wales' first two Six Nations game after being banned over incidents in the Ospreys' game with Leicester just before Christmas.
"I've been injured most of the season. I came back, played two or three games and I'm out again," he said.
"This season's been a non-starter for me but I hope I can have a big impact."
Henson picked up a 72-day ban after being cited for elbowing Leicester's Alex Moreno in December.

That was reduced by three weeks on appeal, which means his return for the Ospreys is likely to be against Borders on 17 February.
After being ruled out of the games against England and Scotland, he is available again for Wales for the trip to Dublin on 26 February.
Having played a key role in last year's memorable Grand Slam triumph, Henson is full of anticipation for the 2006 Six Nations, but he admits Wales will face a tough challenge if they want to retain their crown.
"Wales is a great place to be at the moment after that and we are looking forward to the Six Nations, everybody's got high hopes," he said.
"We are not the surprise package now and it's going to be difficult going to England for the game at Twickenham. We have not won there for quite a long time.
"I want to get back playing for my club and get involved in the Wales team, if not in the Six Nations then in the summer. The season is not over yet.
"I am 23, and I think there is more to come from me. I have got a lot of drive and can't wait to get back on the field."
