Australian props David Fitter and Greg Holmes will make their first starts in Saturday's game against Ireland at Lansdowne Road. Fitter is uncapped while Holmes has won two caps as a replacement, against France and England on this tour.
The pair replace the injured Matt Dunning and Al Baxter.
The only other changes to the squad beaten 26-16 by England last Saturday see Matt Henjak and Wendell Sailor return to the bench.
Australia coach Eddie Jones has warned against an Irish backlash following their 45-7 thrashing by New Zealand.
"They (Fitter and Holmes) will require enthusiasm and courage," said Jones.
"It is going to be a big thing for them. The Irish have a very experienced front row.
"While Matt Dunning's coming along well, he's just not ready to play at the moment so Holmes will get a chance to start at loose-head.
"We also feel Fitter deserves the opportunity at tight-head after making some good progress on the tour and he's a bloke who is very passionate about scrummaging."
Dunning was carried off in a neck brace when Australia crashed to a record-equalling seventh successive defeat against England last weekend.
