Italy coach John Kirwan has revamped his starting XV for Saturday's must-win Six Nations match against England. Full-back Gert Peens takes on kicking duties after being brought in as a replacement for Roland de Marigny.
Leandro Castrogiovanni drops to the bench in favour of prop Salvatore Perugini while lock Carlo Antonio Del Fava is handed his first start.
On the wing, Kaine Robertson deputises for Mirco Bergamasco, who moves to centre alongside Andrea Masi.
